Courses for Spanish teachers
The Instituto Educativo Español offers an exclusive learning program, based on technological innovation (taking advantage of the digital revolution) for all those who are committed to the universality of Spanish, who love its peculiarities, and who are aware of its presence and prestige in the world of the 21st century.
From a minimum knowledge of Spanish of a B1/B2 level, with this program you can approach the achievement of the skills necessary to teach as a teacher.
General information
The courses take place in morning and afternoon sessions. The groups are formed by order of arrival and registration of the students. Morning sessions are the most in demand and are closed first. Classes last 50 minutes. Each group has a maximum of 12 students.

Melina Vicén Martín
I studied History of Art but life led me to teach Spanish while living in Italy and I discovered my great passion and vocation, teaching ELE. That is why I trained as a teacher through a master's degree at the University of Alcalá de Henares. During these years I have continued my training by taking different courses from the Instituto Cervantes (preparation for the DELE among others). I have worked in Italy, France and Spain for different institutions (academies, schools, universities, centres accredited by the IC) and with students of different nationalities and ages.
Esperanza Candela Sempere
I have a degree in Hispanic Philology and Textual Interpretation from the RESAD. I combine my teaching work with my artistic side. I have taught several subjects: Language, Literature, Theatre and Spanish for foreigners. I specialised as a Spanish teacher in an intensive course at Cálamo&Crag and started my career in England. For some years now, I have been giving classes for companies and academies in Madrid to students of different ages and nationalities. I continue to train myself by attending seminars and courses on ELE.

Located in the heart of Madrid, at Calle José Abascal 32 in Madrid in a protected building within Chamberí, which is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Madrid, very close to Avenida de the Castellana or the famous Ponzano street.

1/ DELE Spanish Teacher Training Course. 20 Lessons + 10 Tutorial Lessons
Programme of 20 hours of general classes + 10 personalised follow-up tutorials for all those teaching professionals who have a vocation for it and who, like you, wish to start working as a Spanish teacher.

I have been a teacher of Spanish for foreigners for many years now and every day seems like a new one for me in the classroom. What I like most about this profession are my students. Seeing how little by little they become more autonomous, thanks to their effort and my help, is very rewarding. But what I really love is that they share things about their culture with me. I also learn a lot from them! In my classes I try to make the students feel at home, comfortable and to have a "good feeling" with everyone.
